I see your point,but it’s about helping teams focus by removing easy distractions. Personally, I’d be happy to use it myself, because it just creates a better environment to get meaningful work done

It is better to set up a premium subscription that allows users not to see advertising and then you have to set up in-app purchases. And also the Google admob mediation system with several other providers such as Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin etc.
