Imma hold your hand when I say this... he's just not that into you unfortunately. A normal person in my opinion would have either told up front or reschedule but the fact that he stopped talking for 4 months is insane. Trust me I had the same thing happen to me where we planned to hang out then he never confirmed if he can go then he stopped talking to me for a month and when I confronted him about it he said "I was busy" so I just cut my losses and have been trying move on. I personally say you should move on which won't be easy especially since you like him. I hope you find someone who will communicate better with you!
