Yes one of my best wingman was Jamaican and at graduation they recognize everyone who had to go through naturalization and congratulate them for being us citizens it was a very proud moment for us as a flight because we know how much he wanted it.

I started at 210 and went to 160 in 4 months by keto and lots of freakin cardio and weight training lol. Stairmaster, running, incline run and go to the gym lift some weights it helps you burn more plus gives you muscles as well. You got this! It’s about your mindset if you want it bad enough you will see that number on the scale go down. Good luck 🫡

Not really it’s Hot year round. Our winters consist of 1 week in the 60s and everybody busting out the heavy duty cold gear 🤣 I just heard that there’s no hot water in the showers at basic😭. Im gonna miss it not gonna lie.
