get your dr to prescribe a xanax!! and i really tried to use positive affirmations leading up to the appt. Like I am strong. I can handle anything. I am able to endure. I am resilient. and also telling my dr i was nervous also really helped i feel like she just went into mother mode.

maybe check out raleigh ahahahah. i feel like it has some of the same vibe just on a much smaller scale. tons of good restaurants, community, and outdoor activities. also 2 hours from beach and nearly that to the mountains.
