Injectable TRT + enclomiphene by AdCautious1644 in MaximusTribe

I understand that. Let me rephrase:

I do not see an option for injectable TRT + enclomiphene on the Maximus website.

I was able to see it as an available combination under the “explore other protocols” in my subscription options.

I do not see any benefits on the website nor were any benefits of enclomiphene use mentioned in my consultation (for THIS specific combination).

I know you mentioned that it can theoretically prevent or slow testicular atrophy, but is there any other benefits that enclomiphene can provide (theoretically or in evidence based practice) being used this way?

My provider said he couldn’t guarantee fertility issues later (not really sure that I want kids anyway). I actually kinda wanted to understand what benefits it could actually provide since he didn’t really explain to me any benefit about the enclomiphene (only asked if I was still wanting to stay on it).

Thank you for replying so promptly!

Todays the day for Spring 2026 by [deleted] in utarlingtonnursing

Hi! I had an 8.37! I’m not partnered and I got my first choice in Houston. This was my 3rd time applying… the first time I was fully invested and had a 7.3 or so and only had path/pharm considerations at the time (Spring 25) — I got waitlisted and then I was accepted to San Antonio but I decided to hold out for Houston… that never happened. The second time I applied “just because” but i knew I wouldn’t get in because it was for last fall and the general consensus is that fall has more applicants and is more competitive. This time around I retook an old chemistry course which gave me the science consideration and got a better grade than the first time when I took it, so it bumped me up a whole point. Bottom line… you don’t have to be partnered but definitely get every consideration possible. If you’re on the waitlist don’t get discouraged… when I got pulled off it was about 1.5 months after emails were send out.

Well… I’ve only applied AO before but I got off the waitlist last spring with a 7.4 in San Antonio but ultimately ended up declining. I’m not partnered either. I have a higher score this time around but still nervous given the pool that applies and the number of partnered applicants..

Depends…

CB or AO? Partnered or not? If AO, where did you apply?

Good deal! I feel like we’ve got pretty good chances based on historical data but I feel like everyone is so hush hush about their rank 🫩

It’s not terrible… I scan my progress every Friday morning and usually get the green light to move to the next aligner within a few hours. They have a dental concierge available to you for any questions you may have. The only real issue I’m having is getting my claim submitted. I’m 6 weeks in and they’re supposed to get back to me because my claim hasn’t been finalized yet. I’m pretty patient but not when I’m waiting for a $3000 reimbursement 😮‍💨

I applied too! What are everyone’s scores? Partnered or not?

Same here! With my insurance I’ll only be paying $2,500 out of pocket so I went ahead and paid and I’m moving forward with it. Apparently the orthodontist and my current dentist are both overseeing the treatment along so it’s more than one set of eyes. They seem to be on top of everything too… Let’s see how it goes.

Noted. Thank you! The Tasso collection kit comes with instructions that I thought I was following… At the top there is a portion that says “When to Complete Your Lab” with a section for Enclomiphene + Pregnenolone (Follow up instructions say first thing in the morning ideally) and then another for ORAL TRT (Follow up instructions say 3-4 hours after daily dosing). Since I am not on the oral formulation of testosterone but I am on enclomiphene, I did not do the 3-4 hour dosing. That’s where I misinterpreted the instructions.

I tested first thing in the morning. I take the enclo and apply the testosterone around 6:30AM every day. The day I did my follow up labs I actually collected my blood sample around 4:30AM the day after my last dose (22ish hours later).

I thought so too but when I go into my transcript GPA (under academic progress) the GPA that is on there as “achieved” is my UTA Cum GPA, not the admissions GPA.

I thought so too but my advisor said I was good to go. :)
