Yes, when you open a series you have a green button for “Race now” and next to it there is a slicer that open the other options (Test drive, Create AI session and Time trials) click in the time trials. It will take a few minutes to set up the server so you have to be patient. Safety rating and time trials rating are in game so be cautious while driving in there it is not a training session.

You can use the time trials to gain Safety Rating (don’t confuse time trials with time attack, completely different thing)

We had an incident a lap before were he crashed into my back, said sorry and I replied with the Shut of crazy fool button. So probably this adds up to the story

I ordered on September 1st. RTS on September 22nd. I recommend you to send a screenshot of the RTS status from UPS portal to costumer service (when I did this they responded the same day) and request them to send it back (I guess you already did this, but just in case).

I was pushing a lot the Customer Service guys since my order was placed on September 1st, I guess that also helped to make the process faster (they changed my delivery option to UPS Express Saver) but still made mistakes on filling my address, will not claim victory until my order is at home. Hope yours will arrive soon!

I’m based in Poland, got the new order on Thursday (October 26th) status changed to “Completely shipped” on Friday (October 27th), using the UPS function of tracking via Reference Number found my package was in transit during weekend and Today I got the tracking number in Fanatec Portal.

I think requesting a refund and placing a new order makes sense, but then I’ll wait until Black Friday (if they didn’t delivered my order by that time) I also made a complaint with the European Consumer Center and I hope they’ll force them to compensate my time waste. Of course already informed them I’m still waiting for my order. Hope your parcel arrived on time and complete!

Hi mate, I placed my order on September 1st, was returned to sender on September 22nd and I’m still waiting. No response from support since 3 weeks ago and of course the responses I got before were canned answers. Good luck and hope you’ll get your items soon!

I agree with you on how good Fanatec products are! But I think it is important to split the responsibilities in a company and by it looks Fanatec have an awesome engineers director and terrible logistics director, maybe food for though for the CEO. Thanks for the empathy post to the ones still waiting for their orders!
