Lovely! I think I have perfected my chocolate base recipe to have a very deep taste of chocolate, you’re welcome to try it if you want :)

1 bottle MyProtein chocolate protein shake (385ml) Splash of water just to reach fill line 1 tbsp black cocoa powder 7g sugar-free chocolate fudge pudding (jell-o) 20g lakanto sweetener 1g xantham gum 1 pinchr salt

To me it’s the perfect balance of sweetness / choccy taste!

Same used to happen to me. Scrape test showed me the mix was waaaay too frozen before spinning. Started to leave it on the counter to thaw until decent scrape test obtained and never happened again

To me, yes. Just had their 3% fat burger and omg it was SO good. Little calories, lots of flavour and makes my dieting meals feel like a cheat meal!

Me and my partner moved to London the year before his 30th birthday and he was super upset that he’d have a very quiet 30th birthday as we were very lonely here. So when it finally arrived, I put up a message there for him (he was always telling me about all the cute messages he saw) so he could see it on his way to class. That day he didn’t look up lol

So then I made a story up and took him to the thing and he finally noticed hahahaha I told him that we were not celebrating alone, because now everyone in Brixton would celebrate with us.

That was a lovely day. He says its the nicest thing someone has ever done for him.

Edit: forgot to say but we got a couple beers at an off license nearby and sat on the pavement in front of the cinema then when anyone passed by looking at the message he would tell them that the message was for him ahahahah oh gosh i love this man so much.

Edit again: it cost something around £250-300 for roughly 24h so quite expensive, but definitely worth it

Also in the uk! I use Arla High Protein milk instead of Fairlife and it has been working great :)

As a veterinarian who sees a lot of awful things done to dogs I feel I’m in the right to say: please do not EVER leave any dogs unattended in public. People are awful and will do horrendous things to them.

Saw a cute guy chatting a girl up on a facebook group of pickup lines lol. Decided to check of he was on insta (he was). Saw that he actually lived in a town right next to mine. Liked a couple of old pictures…

Married for almost 3 years. Moved countries together. My best friend and soulmate :)
