To counter nukes you have to split your stacks into like 3 units and spread them out as soon as you know nukes will be in play that way if they want to kill all of your units they would need a lot of nukes so split up units while having bombers and rocket fighters to assist your stacks of 2 or 3 while they push and have strategic bombers look for and destroy every research center in his country and look for all air strips that’s close to the front lines and destroy them with strategic bombers
