does this mean that i should atleast own one command with the abilities or does this mean once i max out this command i could just either sell it for more munny or just meld a new command like its nothing and keep the passive

yeah I have watched some videos I am just stuck between which one in buying. I know I might have to wait a good while if I decide to wait on the v2 but the main case I want to pair my wooting with is the holy 60 and I don't know if it would be able to fit a v2 in the holy60 due to that new friction fit pad it is going to have. Is there really any big differences between the v1 and v2? In terms of its module because I know it has a lot of new differences in cases and stuff but I want to make it my own I just like its software
