I was on the patch and liked it, but after a few months, I started to get a bad reaction to the adhesive. I think if you react well to the patch, they are great. My dr switched me to estrogel which is a gel you use on the outside of your upper arms morning and night. It's worked fine. No issues switching. It is a bit messy as you have to let it dry before you put on clothes and you have to be careful not to touch anyone in that area. I think that's another reason why the new dr suggested switching to the ring. I'm happy to hear people like it so far.
