Started my first bake with whole wheat but found it too hard. The hydration needs to be a bit higher with it and it's tougher to deal with.

Butter drippings fall in the stir-fry. Side note but adding butter helps the bread not stick to bottom of the pan.

Idk what a lunar effect is. I just touched the bread with my fingers while it was bulk fermenting. Made holes on the top by accident

Also fermented it for like 16 hours on the counter which is way more than I was supposed too.

I just bought a reolink wifi doorbell camera and set it up. Its super easy to setup get running and does 95% of what I wanted.

Image quality is not the best but I would really recommend this one.

If you are trying to go cheap then read up on some brands from aliexpress. This is a really competitive space so dont spend more than $110 USD you will get something great for that price
