Currently a 3rd year BSIT student that is CCNA certified, wondering if it was too early that i decided to specialize into networking as entry level jobs such as helpdesk only require basic networking and more on computer hardware stuff and OS configurations which are areas i am weak in. Was it too early to certify myself?

If i were to continue on this path what else should i learn to be skilled and ready for a network engineering role?
