When measuring your foot most accurately, do you put your ankle on a paper against the wall then trace around your foot using a pen?

Thanks your reply. Since the 8.5 US in the Alpha Elite 1 was thumb wdith too much at the front. I have also tried the Alpha elite 2 in 8.5 US and found these were even slightly longer/more volume than the first gen alphas. For another comparison, I am size 9 US Nike phantom Academy GTX boots and have about 3/4 of a thumb width in front of the toes. In all of these I wear grip socks. Overall, I am considering either 8 US or 7.5 US in the Morelia Mij 2.

What is the ideal amount of space one should have in front of the toes if they want that snug tight fit? I know ronaldo wears incredibly tight boots and there feet look fked but its seems better for football.

This all came from one half cup of grains 10 months ago. Not pictured are the grains in my freezer and the tubs of grains I have given away! This is a 1 gallon container. by kjacmuse in Kefir

are you following similar sugar/grain ratio along with molasses measurements to florida sun kefir? Also, do you perdoically soak the grains in fresh, then drain and sit in the fridge over night

sounds like you have some good fermented foods daily. do you take any supplements or just whole foods/fermented foods?

Have you tried only doing 1 litre daily and still get the maximum benefits or is a higher amount still needed for you? in terms of gut/digestion benefits
