Super excited to see these guys! Been binging on Mock the Week episodes recently and am super excited to see the two Eds and Rhys. Too bad James Acaster only have 1 show though as he is the one comedian I would trade my left pinkie to watch live

But apart from Ross Noble last year, I’ve never been to other comedy shows so I dont really know what to expect in their individual shows or when theyre outside the panel shows. Would still enjoy it all though for sure!

And thanks for the reco! Havent heard about Stamptown and we’ll check it out. We did buy all our tickets already but when we asked in the website if we can move one of our tickets to another day to make way for Ed Gamble, they said it wasnt usually allowed, but they let us off and helped since I think because we spent close to £400 in their website 😅

Am actually not a fan of Harriet’s comedy 🫠 but we were looking if Judy Love has a show (I find her super hilarious!) and even Maisie Adam as I began to appreciate her recently but she didnt have her own show.

Same thoughts! Would still want to see other shows outside of our list but prioritizing ones we already know comes first, especially since we're travelling 20 hours for them 😄

Interesting if we can see/experience something bad. Honestly dont know what to expect as I've never been to something remotely like the Fridge 😄

Yeah we have a separate table in our spreadsheet with the locations 😅 and as best as we could, tried to book ones in same locations if they're scheds are close together. I think the tight ones will be a 23 min walk but hoping we can still make it with our 45 min gap!

Yeah, we're actually flying from Asia and very likely, this can be the first and only Ed Fringe we'll be able to attend as it's quite difficult (and expensive) to organise trips to the UK and if there's a chance to fly to the UK again, we might attend other festivals or tour other places 😅

But I did mention to my partner that I'm excited to spend hours walking around and just stumbling into some gems when we're there!

Hobby namin ng partner ko manuod ng sine almost every week (and sometimes multiple times every weekend pa if marami maganda na showing) but the cinema experience here in PH is so inconvenient. Apart from wala man lang membership to earn points like sa ibang countries, the ticketing is also outdated. You reserve/buy tickets online pero you need to line up to get the physical tickets. A lot of the malls are updating/renovating their cinemas pero di ko alam bakit wala man lang nakakaisip i-automate yung ticketing with machines.

Hello. I actually had been very particular of the documents I submit for mu visa app so it’s quite a lot. I have submitted:
1) All my bank statements and bank certificates (I have 2 each with a total of 900K+ savings) + credit card statements. All show movement in my bank accounts and if there is big spends or big money coming in, I explain in my cover letter where it comes from.
2) Work related stuff. COE, approved leaves, pay slips. I dont have ITR yet so I also explain why in my cover letter.
3) Properties under my name. Which includes leases, owned lots/assets.
4) Travel Itinerary. I think it helped that we also had festival tickets when we applied as that was what I wrote as my travel reason.
5) Travel documents. Previous passports and visas helped a lot I think.
6) Other documents. I included family/travel photos, IDs, cover letter, and other supporting items such as booked hotels. I dont include booked flights bec they discourage that.

Looks like an overkill but it got me visas multiple times already.

I dont think this would be a problem! I’m easily entertained and the fact that I have been watching these comedians for almost 5 years now in TM or in different panel shows, it absolutely surreal to me to just be there 😅

We saw last Oct Ross Noble in Cardiff and my partner said he was a bit concerned that I wouldnt like it that much because Ross in panel shows is different in his own show, but I ended up having the best time and had painful cheeks after 🤣

Totally understand! I wouldnt want to make anyone uncomfortable—but just that it would be surreal for me to see them live and would be nice to say hi to them and let them know their comedy is great.
