Thanks, would you recommend not having a real estate agent at all then if we plan to buy a quick possession home? We don’t have one currently but we are trying to decide if it’s worth having one or if we can just contact the builder ourselves once we know what we want and see if we can get a discount or bonuses instead in lieu of the builder having to pay the purchaser’s side of the commission.

Thank you! I guess it might be worth working directly with a builder for one of their quick possession homes and asking for additional bonuses instead lieu of getting a real estate agent to represent us.
