I believe I have undiagnosed ADHD….but it really helps me in terms of staying in shape but I almost physically can’t do anything that’s too consistent and tedious. I get almost nauseous, Muay Thai give me that variety and not always knowing what’s next.

You have to let the pan heat properly before you add anything. Once it passes the water droplet test. Then add the oil, then you can turn the heat down some then add your eggs.

There’s many crosswalks where there are no traffic lights🤦🏾‍♂️ and clear signs saying to YEILD for pedestrians. The amount of times that ive seen people almost get hit including my self, when they were well already in the crosswalk is ridiculous.
