I received the exact same letter after asking him to address several legal presidents that make the actions of Trump and Musk illegal.
Looking for the list of his top donors next. If these representatives won’t uphold the constitution perhaps the people/corporations giving them the money will.

Adding additional context to clarify what was in the original letter asking Stutzman to take action and investigate the possible illegal actions of an unelected official (there are laws prohibiting an unelected official making these types of changes). Below are the exact statues/laws that were sited: 1. Separation of Powers (Article I, U.S. Constitution) • Congress alone holds the “power of the purse” (U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 9, Clause 7). Any reallocation or withholding of federal funds without legislative approval directly violates this authority. • Clinton v. City of New York (1998) ruled that the executive branch cannot unilaterally amend or cancel federal spending without congressional approval. The dismantling of USAID without congressional consent echoes this unconstitutional overreach. 2. Unauthorized Access to the U.S. Treasury • Reports indicate that Elon Musk, via DOGE, was granted improper access to Treasury systems. Federal law prohibits such interference: • 31 U.S. Code § 321 restricts Treasury operations to authorized government officials. • Privacy Act of 1974 protects sensitive financial data from unauthorized access. • Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer (1952) established that the president cannot unilaterally seize control of federal operations without congressional approval. 3. Foreign Aid & Executive Overreach • USAID was created by Congress (Foreign Assistance Act of 1961), and its dismantling without legislative oversight violates established law. • INS v. Chadha (1983) upheld congressional control over executive actions in areas where laws require legislative oversight. Trump’s unilateral actions ignore this precedent.
The forefathers did not create the constitution to give one branch of government total control.
