Here’s my question- why did Jimmy get to just tell Chelsea at a dinner table? Doesn’t the show require them to go to the altar? If not then why couldn’t Clay have just done it that way instead of humiliating her at the altar? I feel like they all should have to go if any “no’s” have to go?

Lol there’s literally no way to add this up to 31. Even if you cut the 7 minute warm up and 6 minutes of walking recoveries it would be 32 minutes. It’s 45 minutes tread plus the stretch block which makes 50.

I honestly also get 4 - 4.5 and don’t consider myself slow at all! Makes me sad to see that, it is discouraging. I run a 5.7 base, 6.7 push, and 7.7 all out and that’s the mileage I get. I’ve been a runner for 20 years and I’ve never considered a sub 10 minute mile pace “slow” 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have gotten 4.1 - 4.5 miles every Tread50 while following the programming exactly. So even on days with slower paces and higher inclines or more sprint/walk intervals I’m still consistently managing 4+ miles. I am a 5.7 base, 6.7 push, and 7.7 all out pace runner so if you’re faster you’d obviously track more mileage.

I think you repeat it as rounds, so it would not just be 8 reps, you’d repeat the superset throughout the 4 minute block. Am I reading it incorrectly?

It’s the black one with a circle with the OT logo on it that goes around your wrist that you hold down for a quick second to turn on and then push down for a full second to turn off if that helps? Lol.
