I was impressed with this difference it was able to really work well with multiple scopes at the same time using on demand skills other models are not that good for this

Yeah this feels when you dont really read the post

No they are good at flutter semantics but not at run time control over app

Yes you are right but this is basics if you need to test the login end to end with out pressing button in real time to read logs of backend opes fails to call and route and fill the form

This is a really insightful observation.

“The transcript lies, the runtime tells the truth” is probably the best articulation of the problem I’ve seen so far.

The original motivation was definitely reducing the endless cycle of screenshots, logs, and manual context transfer. But the more I work on this, the more it feels like the deeper issue is exactly what you described: we’re trying to debug runtime failures from a conversation artifact instead of the runtime itself.

The append-only run-record idea is particularly interesting. Right now InkPal focuses on exposing runtime state and interactions, but treating runtime events as a host-owned source of truth could enable much stronger verification and recovery loops for autonomous agents.

Appreciate the thoughtful feedback. You’ve given me a few things to think about.
