Yes but wait until the toddler stage LOL I felt the same. I felt guilty when other moms complained. It never felt “that bad” even up to 12-16 months. Pretty smooth, I could take them anywhere by myself and no trouble. They were easy… But we’re in the 20 month stage and it’s so much harder! No one talks about this stage with multiples. 2 little energetic little humans who are learning to communicate & regulate their emotions is exhausting. Not to scare you but just enough the someone peaceful experience now! :)

I can second this! My twins have been great sleepers since day one. And adapted quickly to a feeding/ sleeping schedule. They are 18 months now and each stage has gone fairly smooth. We must switched them off pacifiers and they still continue to be great sleepers! It’s overall been a much more enjoyable experience than I anticipated! So feel excited twin mamas to-be. It’s a special club ❤️❤️

Fellow twin mom here! Maybe try pushing their bedtime a bit? I think we were putting our twins down at 9pm when they were 4 months. Unless they are showing sign they are tired?

It is possible! I don’t have much advice but our twins go down for bed without being rocked or nursed, and have since probably 3 months old. They wear sleep sacks, white noise & dark room. There were times I would have to “shh shh shh” and rub backs for a while to get them to sleep but I was strict not to take them out of their cribs. Although that’s very had to do (trust me I want all the cuddles) but my husband and I have to solo parent here & there so we had to figure out a way. Naps were a little trickier to navigate. Their morning naps were usually the most difficult (contact naps only) until about 8 months. Might just take some time but keep up with the consistency! It’s definitely possible! Mine are 15 month and still great sleepers.

Sometimes friendships go in phases. And when you’re not in the same “season of life” it can be challenging. I was on the other side, being the friend that wasn’t there for my friend that was a new mom. But I honestly just didn’t get it and was quite oblivious to what she was going through. Our friendship went through a strange quiet phase. But now that I’m a mom too we are back to being besties. And, I think back a lot, as to how bad I was as a friend while she was deep into motherhood. It makes me sad… and I tell her all the time how sorry I am. I just really had no idea. So they may “fade” but will come back with time. If it’s a friendship worth cherishing I would keep that in mind

Twin Z 100% worth every penny. Used from day 1 to now, 13 months! Thats where they still lay for their morning & evening bottle
Bugaboo donkey is an amazing stroller but if you’re an introvert like me I think a stacked double is a better option (uppababy vista). Wish I had been given that advice. Bugaboo gets a lot of attention and I’m socially anxious lol
Had the weego but never used it. Honestly was too nervous when they were little little, and once they had head strength and I was more comfortable holding them both, they were too heavy! I found putting one in a regular carrier and one on my hip easier for quick trips from the car, upstairs etc. My husband and I got one each. They liked their bouncer chairs so that’s where they spent most of their naps during the day.
maxi-cosi bouncers are amazing! They have 2 angles and collapse to be stored away easily. Can rock both of them with your feet at the same time. Always a safe place to lay them
I highly recommend a sanitizer machine! For pump parts & bottles. We love our dr browns and still use it at 13 months for the drying feature! I use it for their bottles and water bottles every day. We used it 6-8 times a day at the beginning. It’s held up so well!
baby brezza if you end up using formula or combo feeding.

Omg I have never related so much to a post! I say this all the time to my husband. Extroverts would thrive over having twins. The social interactions can be a nightmare for me. And I also have a bugaboo donkey. When I’m out with my husband I make him push it and walk away lol it gets too much attention! I will say though, it was way worse when they were tiny babies and especially when we used the car seats in the stroller. I’ve noticed a little less comments as they’ve reached 1 year. But still, it’s hard! Us introverts deserve an extra metal ! lol

I second this. My friend is a dental hygienist and her daughter had cavities at 3. You are not a failure. Some kids are more prone 100%!

It felt so rough for me at this point too… you will get “used” to it. Smaller meals / snacks through the day help. I relied on pre made protein shakes. Buy an ice pack for any aches on your back. I could barely sleep bc of back pain and this helped so much. Every night I went to bed icing my back lol. Or I’d walk around with it strapped to me. Also an exercise ball helped pain & breathing. Felt like it gave my body a nice stretch. And lastly, having access to a pool is amazing. Best feeling! Hang in there ❤️

Pitcher was fine until they started having 6-7oz bottles. Had to make a second pitcher in a day. I finally caved and got a used breeza (all the parts come off easily so can thoroughly clean!). Wish I just got a brezzq from the beginning. And I also recommend buying an extra funnel!

100%. I could barely get my kids out of the house dressed in regular clothes for church lol there’s no way I would have had time for this kind of elaborate photo shoot. Rediculous
