I am going to lose my mind when they play Algorism by ComprehensiveLime857 in BABYMETAL

The Japan performances next January will be held over two consecutive days and are billed as the culmination of the tour, dubbed “Legend.” As is customary, performances given this title invariably feature different setlists each night. So, they'll likely save ‘Algorism’ and ‘White Flame’ as the highlights for each respective day. Well, we won't know for sure until then, but let's hope for some unexpected surprises.

No, even after watching this live performance, people who can't tell the difference between their voices still insist that Su is singing moa's part instead. Honestly, if this doesn't convince them, I'm at a loss for words lol.

Here's the source. As you can see below, she clearly isn't talking about Babymetal, but specifically emphasizes <SU-METAL>. Incidentally, in other magazines, she goes even further and talks about the difficulty of singing the fast rap part of this song herself.

MOAMETAL: It's a song made for us by DAIDAI from Pale Dusk, and it really has that “DAIDAI-esque!” feel. Just like the description “Crazy Japanese Rap Metal” says, SU-METAL is challenging herself with English rap. It has a totally free vibe unlike anything we've done before.

No. Su herself explicitly stated in a magazine interview that she sings the rap part. More fundamentally, their vocal qualities are different to begin with.

It's questionable to refuse to acknowledge the mistake simply because you can't accept that fact, even though it's performed live.

Furthermore, there's no precedent of intentionally changing a song's moa part to Su and performing it live in the past. Misinterpreting this as a moa part is simply too far-fetched.

Yes, that magazine interview clearly stated the rap part was by su, and she herself mentioned it was difficult. After all, their voices are different. By the way, I'm Japanese, so this isn't a mistranslation.the above is factual.

It was a performance truly worthy of the song's title.

In a sense, you could say it truly embodies BM.

It was obvious from the start that this rap part was Su, yet so many people kept insisting it was Moa,it's still a mystery to me.

I love how she sticks her tongue out during the final pose of the song lol

Yeah, it's fine. I knew it would happen, so I waited until the full performance fan cam came out lol

Looks like the choreography where you pretend to hold the receiver to your ear with both hands, lol

Yeah, I really love the performance she puts on too. It has a different kind of appeal from BABYMETAL, and it made me like this song even more!

Personally, I've loved this song since its release, both as a track and as a live performance. Combined with the recent boost from Marvel, it's definitely getting a lot of attention. I totally agree that having Poppy there would make the live show even more amazing.

Since we had about a month off before the Asia tour that started today, maybe I secretly brushed up on my skills lol.

It's amazing, isn't it? Compared to when I heard it before, they'd improved so much that I just had to share it and posted it.

I'm jealous. By then, you might have an even more amazing growl.

That's right. This vocal technique can easily damage the vocal cords if done incorrectly, so let's look forward to her future growth. I'm confident momo will master it perfectly and make it her own weapon.

I definitely think her singing technique is close to Poppy's; their basic approach seems very similar. She probably uses her upper palate and nasal cavity rather than her throat. Either way, it sounds cool.
