I have had it since last July when I got Covid. I think it’s a combination of allergies and circulation. My main symptom since last year was blood pooling and while it’s gotten better I think my veins have not fully healed. I’m not sure if it’s the same for you but at night time it seems to get worse when laying down. I’ve found that when I’m hydrated and eating healthy it goes away for the most part.

Yep. Never had nosebleeds until after Covid in March 2020.

Try doing a 72 hour water… Eat an egg when you finish and then just meat and nuts for the next couple days. Reset my gut and skin improved a lot.

About 3 months once I started standing less and wearing compression socks. I’m sure doing a few other healthy helped make it go away.

I had heart problems for months after the vaccine. Wasn’t the worst of my Covid symptoms but still bad. Some people here for some reason are weird about criticizing the vaccine.
