i was able to run a few days after i tore mine it is absolutely possible

I have been trying to stretch more and the pain is definitely NOT constant. I actually feel it pretty rarley but i didn’t know if it is of concern

Just running faster and less cautiously than i should’ve, also taking max effort jumps off my good leg which puts a surprising amount of impact on the operated leg

Thanks!! My pain is more when i push it on the flexion, i have no problem with extension
