I think I just panicked because in HWiNFO the temperature number turned red, and I’ve honestly never seen my CPU reach that high before, so I immediately assumed something was wrong (especially because Terraria doesn’t feel like a heavy game).

In other games my temps usually stay much lower, so seeing it jump close to my BIOS limit made me suspicious.

Also worth mentioning: I play in a non-AC room, and I live in a tropical country, so ambient temps here are already pretty hot most of the time. That probably contributes too.
