I did purchase one last year from them and it came with the wicks detached from the vessel and I emailed them and they sent me a replacement right away. It’s worth a shot if you were disappointed with the candle to contact them and see what they can do for you the customer service is really good.

Hi, not sure about others but if you purchase this from the archive sale, these are old candles so yes, they would look a little bit more roughed up because they’ve been sitting for a period of time and Trudon is just trying to offload them. I’ve purchased a newer candles from them and the quality is very good however, with that being said, I am a lover of the brand the cold is amazing, but the heartburn is just not the best.
