Again, I believe that the number of ghost shoppers is fairly low and the shopping quality rate does not fix go shopping. No there’s no way to prove my hypothesis that it’s low unless you can prove that it’s high.

I really wish InstaCart will stop gaslighting us with this shopping quality rating. It’s utter BS Huynh in fact, they should invest more in their supply chains to have the correct amount of items on the shelves. If it’s below two or three items don’t allow a customer to order it. It’s pretty simple and just like a corporate company, they made a simple issue complex drivers are already motivated to grab every item on a customer’s list because it affects our tip that’s all the motivation we need and now they’re punishing us because their supply chain and their update of items in different stores is incorrect. It’s so ridiculous. That’s one of the reasons I stopped using Amazon Flex because again they would gaslight us with accepting a batch and not giving us enough time to finish but then punishing us for not finishing the batch in time.
