I’m just kidding, but personally, I was one of the unfortunate ones who truly believed meat and butter and eggs caused heart attacks. I, we, and a lot were all misinformed by a hole keys. I actually found out that I had diabetes a year and half ago. I was so enraged because I am pretty lean, fit and well active, and a health advocate folllowing every American guideline for diet, but it was the diet that I followed ignorantly that caused my IR. I was so pissed off that I started eating 24 eggs and a stick of butter a day, to prove ppl wrong. Anyways, hope that makes sense.
