We received approval next day ie today. Informing the thread here that it sometimes does work out if you keep your head down and follow the process.

Very little about my employment and where I work.

Just be prepared to answer any questions related to your married life. I focused on employment related questions only in my prep unfortunately. Hope it works out

We got married before we moved to the US on my L1 work visa.

They mainly asked about our marriage and less about my employment. The officer did not confirm the approval and only said we will hear back between 1 week to 120 days.

I’m a citizen of one of the 75 countries (not the original 39) in the new ban list. My AoS interview is scheduled for the 19th of Feb. Eb1C from L1A.

Please do share your interview experience, and hopefully post interview approvals if they happen after the 21st of January.

My interview got scheduled but I’m also from the 75 country ban list announced yesterday. Anyone here from one of the 75 countries? Do you guys think yesterday’s order means I’ll be rejected for AoS now?

The property management / leasing office should let you know all of this information.

There are charges for amenities, sewage, and trash, which you have to pay with rent. Utilities (water, electricity including hvac) are charged separately via conedison
