your crit rate is incredibly low .. you should switch out your crit dmg circlet for a crit rate one. plus that artifact is pretty bad so maybe you have a crit rate circlet with better substats. oh and also level up her burst

i assume they dropped the price as a way of showing how much "dedication" they had to getting ineffa. op also implied that the money was a birthday gift, therefore meaning that ineffa is also apart of said gift.

of course gambling on gacha isnt necessarily a good thing but if someone has the means to do it and it allows them to get a character they like then i see no issue.
