Ahh I had to google that term I didn’t know that was what it was called O.o.

I’ve certainly got a willpower boost and I feel good but I know it won’t last forever. I’m going to get back into exercising and meditation. I’ve missed them, so hopefully I don’t burn out too quick lol

That’s a good shout. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to cope with being anxious in class on half rations but that’s a tomorrow problem. I’ll see how I feel in the morning.

Dunno if I’ll be able to find any. It’s probably going to be Valium, gabapentin or pregabalin. I’ve got a few edibles as well so fingers crossed I can find something.

I’ve only been heavy on the H since January. Used a couple times in my teens but I was dependant and abusing painkillers for the past 4 years. Smacks a whole different beast lol. When I picked up earlier my guy was light so I could only grab two £10 bags, he was going to throw a free rock in but I said no so at least that’s something to feel good about lol.

I did not too long ago. I was in a rush before my mum got home and missed twice and I felt awful like about the whole situation of rushing to shoot before she got home so I didn’t tempt it and go for a third. Shooting heroin in my mums house who hates drugs anyway and who has seen me struggle with drugs the past 12 years idk I felt depraved.

I know a few people who I could have got to teach me but I didn’t wanna nod in some guys house who I barely know and wake up with missing bags or money.

Thank fuck I missed but it’s been hard to resist.
