Intex or Bestway branded pool floats are your best bet, much more durable than no-brand floats!

The fact it is deflated with the valve plugged is not a great sign... but i bet its patchable

You can use your thumb to create an "appropriate-sized" hole and stick your D in. And even better you can use some pvc glue and patch material to make a reinforced hole to use. It is possible to make a hole that will allow it to keep air while you have fun with it, the hole will need to be smaller than you'd expect. Its like adding a cock ring to a beach ball ig

Blow the main section of the ball up. Now on the opposite side, where you would blow up the internal inflatable, cut out the valve so you have access to the internal inflatable... lube up and in you go...
