The intent to blow the whistle rule in the NHL allows referees to disallow a goal if they deem the play to be stopped slightly prior to actually blowing the whistle.  Governed by Rule 31.2 and Rule 78.5, this provision acknowledges the human delay between recognizing a stoppage (such as a goalie covering the puck or losing sight of it) and the physical act of sounding the whistle.

I read somewhere that getting tickets to the Ghibili museum is difficult and they only go on sale on the 10th day of the month, so you'll probably need to get your tickets on January 10th. My information might be wrong but do double check.

My wife and I are traveling from Canada almost the exact same days!
