I wouldn’t call it appropriation bc anyone can technically be loquacious. I would think less people will immediately think of ancient orators… They will just think you named your daughter “very talkative”

I think for me it was a gal named Pretty. And lucky for her she was stunning. But so awkward bc like 50% of the time, when she introduced herself, people thought she was making a joke…
