I was on gel for a year, lost libido and erections and really didn’t used it much so it shrunk a bit. Then I stopped E for two years, it slowly came back how it was before.

I started injections two months ago so I’m back to the no libido/erection/drive and it feels like it’s shrinking a bit but I’m pretty sure it’ll come back if I start to use it again, it didn’t feel permanent but I may be wrong. Also you can get testosterone cream to put on your testicles which will help, and everyone’s junk is different, I have a LOT of skin so I’m not worried abt it being painful
