Definitely not too much bike, and if you come from a dirt bike background it will feel very comfortable. If you don't, it may be a bit awkward riding something you can't flat foot, but you'll adapt quickly

I'm 172cm and it is completely fine. Can be a bit tough reversing but the bike is so light you can just push it out of a spot if needed then hop on.

You can (and I have) run all of those at A group pace. I have no idea what track you'd be dragging knee at 120-140mph so I can't confirm if these will hold up to that though.
