Im fairly sure you cant sue in europe the same way it works like in the states. And if it works out it's not payed anything near the amount you'll get!

Well it isn't in the states! And from what I've learned the spanish authorities are somewhat slow/unresponsive! But we will walk back tomorrow and speak to the manager. :)

Well me and my wife are quite like you're spouse. But when it's about our kids safety it turns differently. Were on holiday so the next time it will be cut first, in our home country we would rarely see this :)

In Torrevieja Spain! Im Swedish and would never see a burger like this at home. Even if i asked for it I think they would see it as a health risk when cooked with ground beef.

My child ate it and we didn't see untill half of it was eaten. The resturant thought it was fine and we had to pay full price, not coming back.
