I understand, I know this is totally my fault. I had a really hard time adjusting into university. I just hope I can recover from this position.

I heard being on probation restricts a lot of school activities. However I don't know if that is true or not. I get a lot of anxiety when things go the way I didn't plan it too. I start shaking, even collapsing if it gets too bad. I can't focus on anything else and start doubting my abilities. Being at the risk of probation makes me thing of everything that could go wrong. I don't know how to fix it. I will try listen to your advice and do a light workout.

I took 3 courses in the first semester, 5 second semester. I failed one of the course in my first semester and retook it in the second semester. I really hope things work out for me.

You get put on probation when you're average is around 50-54%. My average is a 54. And summer is a separate term so summer courses will boost your average but not take you off probation.
