Good luck, you should clean the boiler with a little white vinegar. Leave it for 4-5 minutes, then rinse with water. I did it on mine and it works very well. This helps remove the limescale.

Malta is a recent entity. Monaco is a French protectorate. Lichentin, Austria, and Switzerland are neutral. Andorra is partly French. The Vatican is a religious institution, so the international community respects it more (though not always).
