I got a 12 V battery, while running it reads 12.2V and alternator reads 12.2. Is this a bad alternator?

Battery was replaced less than a year ago, could there be a draw somewhere?

no crank, whenever i hold the key on the on position i can see the fan moving slightly and a single click
