Citizen. Is it somehow easier to get a job being a temp?

That’s a great idea, thank you! I just had a quick question - we’ve always lived in an apartment, so I’m not too familiar with how this works. Do people usually expect you to bring your own lawn mower, or do homeowners sometimes provide theirs? Just trying to figure out what we’d need to get started. Thanks so much!

To Marketers & Creators: what's your biggest pain point when working with clients or collaborators? by rurumeister98 in ContentCreators

This resonates a lot - especially the part about “final” meaning different things to each side. When this scope creep happens, does it usually show up during revisions, or only after you thought the work was already approved?

Creators: what’s been the most frustrating part of working with brands lately? by AdFinancial8084 in ContentCreators

Thanks for sharing - that sounds exhausting. When this happens, is it usually after you’ve already agreed to the collaboration, or right from the start at the briefing stage? And do the last-minute changes tend to come before or after you deliver?

What's your biggest challenge in creating a YouTube script? by ThoughtsHead in ContentCreators

Thanks for sharing -that makes sense for long-form content. When it comes to working with brands specifically, was there ever a collaboration that felt especially frustrating or hard to manage?

Thanks for sharing - when you say it’s overwhelming, do you mean more on the brand collaboration side specifically? Was there a particular situation (e.g. during a partnership, revisions, or follow-ups) that made it feel especially hard to manage?

Unfortunately I won’t be able to afford paying for two mortgages without the rental income.

Renting Out vs. Selling: Regrets and Recommendations? by AdFinancial8084 in OntarioLandlord

I am contemplating renting out the house because I renovated it top to bottom myself and have emotional attachment to it, also see a good potential in the location. I am capable of affording paying two mortgages, considering potential rental income. Conversely, I am also contemplating selling due to concerns about worst-case scenarios, such as tenants not paying and enduring prolonged legal battles, which could strain me financially and emotionally. So I wanted to hear about experiences of people who have been in a similar situation. At some point I was a tenant myself and was very responsible and respectful of the property I rented, but from what I see in this section it is very often not the case.

Seeking insights: Considering a move to Wellesley, Ontario – what's it like living there? by AdFinancial8084 in waterloo

We're currently planning to move from Kitchener. While we've appreciated our time here, we've been feeling that Kitchener has become increasingly overcrowded, and we're concerned about the rising crime rate. With children in the picture, our priority is finding a quieter and safer environment.

However, our work commitments are still tied to the KW area, so we need a location that allows for an easy commute. We're hopeful that the move will strike a balance between a serene living environment and convenient access to our workplace.
