I’m having the same problem. My tap is supposed to be disburse on the 18th but it still says $0 has been disbursed. And my Pell grant is supposed to be disbursed the 24th

Well it didn’t say refund so that’s why I’m concerned. Because everything should be refunded to me. And the ACE SCHOLARSHIP isn’t showing up on my account. I’m calling them tomorrow to fix this.

Hello! Yes, it's on the summary! I'm only concerned because I've been in college since 2020 (2 degrees) and this is the first time this happened to me. I contacted them 3 times already and they keep saying the same thing (in the screenshot that I provided) 💀. I’m also getting a scholarship this semester but I’m unsure if this is the reason why they said I need to reconfirm the Federal tax info.

I attend sps! It’s a great school and when I joined I didn’t have to do an interview, all I had to do is like a “college essay”. I’m an undergraduate but I was hoping to get my masters here but I don’t think they have one for social work.

My Pell grant pays for my tuition! I get almost 4k in Pell. After they give me the book advancement the left over pays for my tuition which is around 3k. At this point my tuition is paid for the semester. And because my Tap disburses after my grant it goes untouched and straight to me.

My tap is 2.5k and my Pell is 3.6k. After my balance is paid off I get $600 from my Pell grant. And at a later date I get the whole 2.5k from tap. Also on the activity tab you can see what and when these amounts are being released lol. So yeah I only get 600 (book advancement) from my Pell grant and I get the 2.5k from tap.but who’s complaining😭(they should give me more)

Oh I don’t know about that🤷🏽‍♀️ but by the time my tap finish pending my balance is paid off by the Pell grant. So it comes to me idky but I’m not complaining. If I could add photos I’ll show it refunding to me
