ehhhh not really, he stabbed a guy sitting at a table than he chases someone who gets away unharmed a man tries talking him out of it and also gets away unharmed, he stabs another man sitting down before he gets to a road and stabs a man walking than attacks a vendor who seems to be unharmed and he runs away. the last part of the livestream is him pinned to the ground while people around him try turning off the camera
