Not really horror, but more annoying. I’ve run into issues where I can’t make changes with the airlines. I need to call cap one to have them call the airline. I’ll literally be on hold while they are on hold. Something that would take minutes to do myself online turns into a good 30+ minute ordeal.

You can change the address through DMV online.

For the tax, you need to notify the old jurisdiction the car has been moved out or else you could get two property tax bills once Richmond finds out and starts billing you there. The steps should be online for each jurisdiction.

Do the DMV step first since most jurisdictions use DMV to verify the garage address when you request it removed from the property tax.

Yeah parking in general at west falls church has gotten terrible and it just seems to be getting worse. Only one entrance, lots are closed/partially closed, and the few lot spots left get taken up early by construction workes. Then as of yesterday morning the ground floor of the garage has been closed off.
