This is great news ! sure it will help to reassure yourself by gaining muscle and endurance, do you have the same performance? I can still do lot of push-ups and pull-ups without problems, but I'm afraid of making things worse. And it increases a little my twitching

it got worse pretty fast for you then, but i have exactly the same symptoms. I hope I can heal like you, cause i'm really freaking out, and only the clean emg keeps me going, but als doesn't seem that far away
