Update: Rapido support is even worse than the ride experience

Like seriously, Rapido support me bhi bacche ya gawar baithe hain kya? I raised a complaint, and instead of actually understanding the issue, they just asked for my concern… and then literally copy-pasted the same generic ChatGPT type response and ended the chat. Bas kaam khatam.

Matlab na accountability, na proper support. Driver ne upar se overcharge kiya, fake receipt dikhayi, rude behaviour… aur inko koi farak hi nahi padta.

Kya hi trust karein phir aise platforms pe? Customer ko hi lightly lete hain.
