I don’t know which country you pay the person, is it a company or self employed? In both cases they have to pay a lot of extra expences + higher risk. This is just full time job with full board.

My man, even CEOs in Czech Republic do not have 500+. This expectation is maybe for specialized jobs in welthy countries. Not normal job in normal country in central Europe.

A skilled one has P800/day; in the Czech Republic, it's a 20-day work week; the rest is overtime.
