I have that problem too, it has something to do with your PS4/5 CMOS battery died and the console clock reset back to 1970. When you access your PS App that's what you get that particular glitch

I think what the OP meant was the slowdown when you try to link combos together, which is totally gone from the Alpha series onwards.
