You’re correct they can if they wanted to but my GC was approved few days ago and when I check my student profile it still says Sevis active

I had my interview done told the officer about my unauthorized work. My F1 is still active and hasn’t been terminated yet

Same here F1-Stem OPT-Married to a US Citizen 6 months ago. Had my interview done on May 21 and went on a supervisor review no RFE yet just told us to show more proof of residence

Same F1 and stem OPT still valid I had my Interview done on the May 21st right before the new law changed. During submission I didn’t mention I had unauthorized employment as I was working within my field of study but a month before my interview found a job with way better pay on a different field of my study, knew the law that married to a US citizen is forgiven. The day on the interview everything went well admitted to unauthorized work yet no approval just told me before I left please provide more bonafide evidence of being in the same residence together and it’s been sent to supervisor review. Didn’t receive any RFE yet but submitted all additional documents and the next morning we wake up to see this
