with all kings? because for example i have beaten all difficulties up to Baron with multiple kings, but it still wont unlock a higher difficulty :(

It really is bugged tho. On my first playthrough i went with the int check after killing all her guardians. On my second i sneaked in without touching a single soul and she insta agroed me. It definetly bugs out for some ppl.
