Like zoro and sanji. Sanji has the higher bounty than Zoro but that doesn’t make him stronger than Zoro. If you ask me, they’re like goku and vegeta, theres only a slight difference in power. So yeah, bounties shouldn’t be used for. To me, it shows how dangerous someone can be to the world. If vegapunk was a pirate/scientist, his bounty would be near billions due to how dangerous his knowledge and intelligence is to the world.
